Morning shift: concepts and foundations of flow cytometry in scientific research, basics of immunology, principles of cytometry (lasers, optics, fluorides), fluorochrome and compensation. General applications of cytometry, such as distinction of cellular populations, immunophenotyping, evaluation of DNA content and biomarkers, functional tests, cytotoxicity, feasibility, cycle and cell proliferation
Afternoon shift: Practical development with probes/antibody marking, acquisition and analysis. Equipment sectage, channel compensation and data analysis using the Flowjo® program
